03   Field service

We go wherever the equipment is.

Field measurement, inspection, install support and commissioning on location. Alberta, Alaska and Texas to date. Cross-border work is ours to handle: customs, site paperwork and safety tickets sorted before we fly.

On location

Four reasons we'd be on site.

01
Measurement trips
Critical dimensions on equipment that has no drawings, captured while your crew pulls it down. Tablet checksheets, runouts, bore gauges, scan where it helps. Leaves with everything needed to build it.
02
Install support
Our tech on site while what we built goes in. Fit-up checks, torque sequence, seal stack, shimming. Problems get solved on the floor, not by email.
03
Commissioning
First run, break-in, witness tests, and a punch list that gets closed before we leave. Followed by the checksheets and a final report.
04
Inspection and recert
Dimensional and NDT inspection on hoisting equipment, pressure vessels and pump parts. XRF material verification. A report that says what it's good for.
Scope
Written down first
Every trip gets a written scope before we go: what we're measuring or installing, what we're bringing, and what you get back. Changes on site get agreed before they happen.
Paperwork
Handled
Purpose-of-visit letters for the border, site PPE and safety tickets, WCB and insurance certificates, all sorted before the trip.
On location

Measured on the pad, drawn in Edmonton.

Rotary table and drawworks skid upgrades start with a tape, a notebook and the unit as it actually is. We leave with everything the drawing needs.
